These Terms of Use govern access to Lunologium, an independent computational atlas and interactive almanac at lunologium.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the source, copyright, privacy, and access restrictions that apply to material linked or displayed here.

The operator identity, legal notice address, governing law, and monitored terms contact must be completed before a production launch. This draft intentionally does not invent those facts.

Lunologium provides astronomical calculations, educational material, cultural and traditional context, descriptive research instruments, and exploratory comparisons between time-indexed celestial events and historical market observations.

Do not make a trading, investment, employment, health, safety, or other consequential decision solely from a Lunologium page. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Market prices, indexes, digital-asset observations, company dates, and other external data may be supplied by third parties or derived from third-party material. Public visibility does not by itself grant permission to copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, sell, or use that data in a competing feed. A source’s terms, attribution requirements, delay rules, display-only limits, and redistribution rights control.

Lunologium’s current source review and unresolved rights decisions are recorded in the internal references and provenance archive. Until a source is cleared for the intended public use, the operator may remove, replace, delay, or restrict that data. No license to third-party data is granted by these Terms.

Original Lunologium explanations, interface elements, calculations, and artwork are separate from third-party datasets and trademarks. Reuse them only under the notice attached to the relevant artifact; do not assume that a site-wide attribution label grants rights in every underlying source.

• Use the site only for lawful, human-directed exploration and research.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, robots rules, security headers, or source-provider restrictions.
• Do not scrape or mirror the site, its endpoints, or its market observations into a competing service without written permission and source clearance.
• Do not submit passwords, payment details, account credentials, or sensitive personal information.
• Do not represent Lunologium’s historical charts, astrological material, or calculated outputs as verified forecasts, professional advice, or guaranteed signals.
• Do not use the site to infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with service, or mislead others about source provenance.

Calculations and datasets may contain errors, omissions, revisions, stale observations, time-zone mistakes, missing sessions, or source changes. Historical relationships can disappear or be artifacts of selection, multiple comparisons, survivorship, look-ahead bias, or ordinary coincidence. A confidence interval, p-value, chart, or reproducibility record does not turn an observation into a forecast.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, endpoints, sources, calculations, and URLs may change or be removed. Links to other sites are provided for context; Lunologium does not control or adopt their content, policies, availability, or rights terms.

Lunologium’s name, original presentation, editorial text, software, and artwork may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights. Third-party datasets, charts, logos, photographs, quotations, and linked material remain subject to their own owners and licenses. Keep source names, notices, and links intact when reuse is permitted. Contact the operator before republishing market data or creating a derivative feed; no such permission is implied by a public URL or an API endpoint.

Your use of the site is also described by the Privacy Policy. In particular, many preferences, birth details, locations, check-ins, and saved research scenarios are stored in your browser rather than an account database. Production analytics and hosting metadata are separate considerations described there.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lunologium disclaims warranties that the site or its information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You assume responsibility for checking the underlying source, calculation assumptions, and suitability of any output before using it.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Any final limitation-of-liability, governing-law, arbitration, consumer-rights, or jurisdiction language must be drafted for the operator’s actual location and audience by qualified counsel.

These Terms may be updated when the product, sources, or law changes. The “Last updated” date will identify material revisions. Continued use after a revision may be treated as acceptance only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

A monitored operator contact for legal, rights, and takedown requests must be published here before launch. Do not use a public issue tracker to submit private information. Until that channel exists, the absence of a contact route is a release blocker.
